Omni Kinetics is owned and managed by Steve Van Ballegooyen, a passionate and certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor registered with Fitness Australia and Strength & Conditioning coach for Kangaroos Rugby League Club and Off Skates Trainer for Reef City Roller Girls. A qualified Heartmoves Instructor accredited by the Australian Heart Foundation.

Omni Kinetics is a fully mobile business, but does have a studio at 59 Upper Perkins Street, Manoora.

Omni Kinetics will cater a program for personal or group needs regardless of age, ability or injury. Group prices range from $5 to $15 depending on type and location. We also offer Personal training starting at $35 for 30 minutes with PT packages for up to four people, so you can train with your friends and reduce the cost.
Personal Training rates are as follows (travel additional):

Individual
30 minutes = $35
60 minutes = $50
90 minutes = $60

Groups: 30 minutes
2 people = $40
3 people = $45
4 people = $48

Groups: 60 minutes
2 people = $60
3 people = $75
4 people = $80

Travel cost:
May apply to distances greater than 10 kilometres ($5 minimum charge)
