NOVA Transition 3.05

Transition to Work (TTW) is a two-year program funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) that achieves employment for young people with a disability.

TTW develops the employability skills and vocational competencies needed by young people to successfully secure and sustain employment.

TTW is specifically designed for school leavers with disability who require mentoring, coaching and specialist help to successfully transition into the Australian workforce.

At NOVA Transition, we call our participants trainees because they are no longer students. They are training towards a great job.
