Ninou thrives for its innovative products, specialised techniques and eye-catching products. At Ninou there are no short cuts and no compromises. The aim is always to produce premium quality breads and pastries.
Ninou has 1 boutique store and café location in Sydney: Rosebery (2018). Visiting our boutique is a special and unique experience. You will find a selection of over 12 fine crafted French-style viennoiseries in classic forms and delicious flavours. If you can drag yourself away from our viennoiseries, delicately prepared pastries in jewel-like and glossy colours fill our glass counter. Alternatively, why not be tempted by one of our éclairs or gourmet sandwiches? We have no doubts that just one visit will turn every sweet tooth into a true Ninou devotee!
All our pastry items are house-baked daily using seasonal produces in front of you in our very unique open theatre kitchen so come and say hello to our chefs!
