I have converted our shed into a gym and run my Personal Training sessions from there!

PT sessions are 45 minutes in duration and concentrate on strength and conditioning.

Your first session will be FREE!! We will sit down and work together to find exactly what your fitness goals are and what you want to achieve.

I also run Boxing for Fitness and HIIT (Circuit) group classes at the Gordon Hall and also from Thomas Court, Gordon.

Monday evenings at 6.00pm and 7.00pm are held at 30 Thomas Court and all other classes are at the Gordon Hall and are as follows -

MONDAY -
9.15am - HIIT (Circuit)
TUESDAY -
9.15am - BOXING FOR FITNESS
WEDNESDAY -
9.15am - HIIT (Circuit)
5.00pm - HIIT (Circuit)
6.00pm - BOXING FOR FITNESS
7.00pm - BOXING FOR FITNESS
THURSDAY -
9.15am - BOXING FOR FITNESS

HIIT (Circuit) is a range of mainly body weight exercises that help improve cardio fitness and strength.

BOXING FOR FITNESS is a range of punching combinations that help improve cardio fitness, strength, balance, agility and it is great stress release!!!

Both these classes are great for helping with weight loss and toning in conjunction with a balanced diet.

HIIT (Circuit) classes run for 50 minutes and Boxing runs for 60 minutes.

All classes are only $10 per person per class (most competitors are $15 or more!!).
Cash only please as no Eftpos is available.

No booking is necessary for HIIT or Boxing classes but please do call and book for Personal Training.

If you have your own boxing gloves and pads/mits please bring them along as I can only supply for up to 10 people.
