Hi, this is Nicole your local Healthy Mummy Fitness Trainer for Pakenham and Surrounds. I'm a mum to 3 beautiful kids, life is crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I've been in the Fitness Industry for over 16 years and since having my eldest child 6 years ago, I knew that training women, and mums in particular was where my passion was. That's why I'm so excited to bring Healthy Mummy Fitness to the Pakenham area and surrounds.

All sessions are held in my private studio with a great kids corner. You will be training in a fun and supportive environment with other like minded mums.
