Founded by Head Coach and owner Chris "The Westside Strangler" Brennan in California, Chris has been competing, coaching and spreading his unique style of NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to the world (Actually it was Chris who coined the phrase "NoGi"). The first fulltime NoGi instructor Chris spread his knowledge through the U.S then the UK where Next Generation Liverpool was born. Out of the Merseyside gym Chris Brennan BJJ Black Belt Paul Rimmer has been training some of Europe’s best Mixed Martial Artists and Submission Fighters.
