New England Pest Management is locally owned and operated by Josh and Samantha Rolff . In 2004 after completing general pest and termite inspection/treatment qualifications and trade licenses along side Ric Schneider , Josh Rolff purchased the company from Ric Schneider later renaming it New England Pest Management.
From 2004 until 2013 Josh worked very close to and with his mother Teressa to build up a very reliable and reputable company servicing the Armidale and greater New England areas. Upon Teressa's retirement Josh's wife Samantha joined the company to take care of the office and accounting. In early 2013 Josh employed a shy but keen young local trainee Reece Faulkner to accompany him in the growth of his business.
