How does ordering your customised clothing in an easy, no fuss, no stress, exciting process sound?

Unlike other suppliers and stores that expect you to organize time consuming tasks such as provide designs, patterns, large quantities or purchasing off the shelf items, taking them to someone else for the logo print, having to constantly chase different people for your order's progress, we at Neptune Apparel streamline this and take on all the time consuming tasks for you. The only thing you need to think about is choosing the best design that we provide you!

As a customer of Neptune Apparel you receive:

1. Personal Account Manager – Yes only 1 person to contact for your entire club uniform! Our Account Managers will work with you directly, organize everything from designs, creation and delivery giving you frequent updates along the way so you don’t need to stress about anything!

2. Customised Service – In a consultation with our experienced account manager we will listen and advise you on the best type of items, fabrics, and print required to create your new look! Our Account Manager will then arrange you to be provided with unique computerised designs in your club colours with you club and sponsor logos until you are happy with the finalised design.

When asked by your club members “When are the uniforms coming?” you can answer the club with absolute confidence what part of the process the uniforms are in with our frequent order update.

Re-ordering items is as simple as sending an email to your account manager as all your designs are kept on file for years to come.
When you receive your order all items are packed individually and clearly labeled so you can open the box and hand them out without any hassle!
