Multi-Attack Fitness is a Personal Training service run locally in Albury-Wodonga by Zach Gratton. Zach has completed a Certificate IV in fitness and is completing short courses in strength and conditioning through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. On top of running a PT business, Zach competes in the local Ovens and Murray football competition, completing several grueling pre seasons and acquiring a wealth of knowledge to assist both beginner level clients and semi-professional athletes. Whether your goals include weight loss, better health, personal bests or premiership medallions, MAF is dedicated to providing the most personalised and successful training you’ll find anywhere on the border.

Basic PT packages:
- Group sessions
- One on one sessions
- Home visits (group and one on one)
- Sporting club training (single sessions and long term pre-season planning)
- Nutritional advice
- Equipment such as Agility poles, sandbags, medicine balls and Kettle bells to offer a wide variety of exercise possibilities
