I am a qualified/experienced ( 20 years) beautician/hairdresser who's also spent over 5 years involved at a high level competitive sports level…
During my own health journey I experienced starting with nothing but a goal and doing the hard work to get there…so I know how important a coach is…and why I want to coach and inspire others ( the wellness side of what I do)
You see Ive experienced feeling flat, bored, no energy, sick of myself…my looks…my health…just can't get out of my own way…can't keep up with the kids, 3pm energy slump, reaching for the chocolate bar for energy or comfort, not wanting to get out of bed because I have the "can't be bothereds", too much weight still on after having my babies, don't feel sexy anymore, not eating healthily because I'm too busy, not eating healthily because it's too hard, not eating healthily because I'm upset and all those things…you might relate to some too…
Sometimes it's self esteem…sometimes it's just we get caught up and can't seem to get out of our own way…I understand…I would love to help you…
