We have two convenient locations: The Tropicus Centre (Coconut Grove) and the Palmerston Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (Moulden).

We offer a wide range of services, including sports injury management, clinical pilates, return to work programs and hydrotherapy, all delivered by our specially trained physiotherapists.

Our physiotherapists are leaders in the management of sports injuries, back pain, headaches, motor accident and work place injuries. Our holistic approach is centered around your personal goals, and blends our extensive clinical knowledge with the latest evidence to deliver lasting results.
