Mosaic Support Services 3.11

Mosaic are a specialised, community based organisation providing a range of services for people with disabilities. We are focused on quality assured, client-centered service delivery. We believe in the active promotion of independence for all clients, through the development and delivery of a wide range of high quality services.

With more than 50 years’ combined experience in the disability sector, Mosaic Support Services has emerged from a recent amalgamation of two well-known and highly respected NDIS ready organisations, STAR Tasmania and Cosmos. Our new identity – Mosaic – represents our shared heritage and our continuing and future service model which is uniquely client focused. Mosaic, as the name implies, allows clients of the service to choose options that best fit their needs, based upon our extensive asset and services base.

The Mosaic programs of My Community, My Time Away, My Home and My Case Management provides learning and leisure opportunities, accommodation support, specialised skill development, Community Access, Case Management and Respite Services people with disabilities.

Mosaic now employs in excess of 300 casual and part time support staff across more than 20 sites. Our client group consists of a broad range of people from varying backgrounds, and with varying types and levels of disability.
