WHAT IS MUSCULOSKELETAL THERAPY (MST)?
Musculoskeletal Therapy (MST) is a functional therapy which examines the body holistically through a multisystem approach to assessment and treatment. Treatment focuses on improving the function of nerves, muscles, joints and biomechanics based on each individual’s examination findings and presentation.
