Molly Rose Brewing is a start up brewery which embraces the way that great beer can bring all sorts of people together to enjoy good times.

We will be based in Adelaide after a 3 month sabbatical around the world by founder Nic Sandery. Nic will investigate beer cultures and traditions with the intent of bringing new ideas back to Adelaide for the launch of Molly Rose later this year.

At Molly Rose we will make beer of the highest quality in the most sustainable way. Beer that is is approachable and sessionable but also delicious and refined.

We love food and drink especially when it is fresh and produced locally by someone with a passion for what they do. We want to use our skills and enthusiasm to join the growing number of small producers providing quality, sustainable, Australian made options.
