MODO MIO Naked is the home of chocolate heaven...brownies, cookies, chocolate meringues and more. Read our customer reviews and you will understand why resistance really is futile.

We create deliciousness with premium couverture chocolate, local free range eggs, Tasmanian butter and organic stone ground spelt flour & quinoa flour, taste the difference with our sugar reduced recipe!

So, if you love chocolate...why not indulge yourself (yes, do it, do it now) and try our brownies & cookies? We seriously don't think you will be disappointed.

We're also at Harvest Launceston every Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm, this is a 'must visit' for foodies with a huge range of local products and, buying local keeps a roof over the heads of local farmers and producers. Such a win, win situation :)

Brownies:

Death by Chocolate – this is the original recipe created by Susanne, Gold Medal Hobart Fine Food Awards. Brilliant slightly warmed and served with fresh berries and mascarpone, or vanilla bean ice cream or just whip up some pure cream and top with chocolate curls. Or of course you can just enjoy one naked.

White Raspberry Chocolate – with an added layer of raspberry chocolate Silver Medal Hobart Fine Food Awards

Dark Orange – a beautiful orange flavour with a superior mouth feel. Gold Medal Hobart Fine Food Awards.

Chilli – chocolate and chilli, and yes, we use Chilli Jam in our brownies!

Copper Pot Rum - Tasmanian Rum made by Lark, reminiscent of 1970's rum balls, truly gorgeous

Dark Peppermint – for that ‘After Eight’ feeling

Coffee Bean – made with house made coffee essence and roast coffee beans and matched with our dark chocolate recipe, a seriously good kick!

Salted Caramel Fudge – hand made salted caramel fudge, layered with our brownie recipe, and baked to perfection, without doubt the most popular brownies we make.

Whisky & Dark Chocolate - Hellyers single malt whisky & dark chocolate... mmmm...

Tassie Walnut – hand cracked nuts, are we mad? We sure are!

Wattle Seed and Walnut – Wattle seeds have a coffee and hazelnut taste and also add texture to the brownies. These won Champion at the Sydney Fine Food Awards 2014.
