Modbury Triangle Shopping Centre is situated in the heart of Modbury in walking distance from Tea Tree Plaza, major banks, SA Services and Modbury Hospital and is approx 12km or a 25 minute drive North East of the city.

It was called Modbury Triangle because it is set in the middle of 3 Roads - North East Rd, Smart Rd and Reservoir Rd - making the Triangle.

The centre has 21 shops including major tenants Romeo’s Foodland Supermarket and a Browse in variety store. Fresh food is great at Modbury Triangle, Tropical Triangle for the freshest fruit and veg, Berry Bros Butchers for quality meat and Kelly Farm Bakery for all your bread, cakes, buns etc everything is baked fresh on the premises daily.
