Here at Mindfulness in Motion we work with the individual to better understand the relationship between their body and mind. We teach I Liq Chuan Kung Fu under the guidance of My Sifu Grandmaster Jimmy Heow. Our instructor team has a wealth of martial arts and youth work experience. Whatever your motivation at MiM we can assist you to develop your potential.

Adults:

Our classes are designed to assist the individual to better understand human body mechanics and how to apply this knowledge onto resisting partners. We also strongly work to assist the student to develop the links between body and mind, learning to observe and reflect on both physical and mental tension and to slowly release this tension. Training is layered in such a way that new students can fit comfortably into classes with higher level students to better absorb and understand the principles of the art.

All of our senior instructors have a minimum of 10 years training.
