Milk + Honey House 3.1

Milk + Honey House is a self-contained cottage offering beautiful rustic French/Hamptons style décor and a range of features for your comfort and enjoyment all year round.

The accommodation includes two beautiful double bedrooms both with queen size beds and white sun dried cotton bed linen, plus an additional single bed ottoman in the larger bedroom (designed mostly for the use of a child).

You can relax in the gorgeous comfortable lounge room, large eat in kitchen, modern bathroom with MOR toiletries and white fluffy towels. There is a separate toilet with powder room, full laundry facilities, shaded outdoor eating area in a landscaped garden and driveway to undercover parking.

The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, a flat screen television and DVD player, iPod dock, full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Continental breakfast provisions along with a selection of beer and a bottle of Barossa wine are also included in the price.

Exclusively yours, this cottage has the best of both worlds with all the character, warmth and charm of a heritage listed property with the convenience and comfort of a newly renovated cottage.


Rates (from 1 September, 2014)

$300.00 per couple (one bedroom) per night (including weekends).

An additional charge of $50 per night for 2 people wanting to use both bedrooms.

$50 per extra adult per night, $50 per extra child per night.

Strictly a minimum 2 night stay. Long weekends and public holidays may attract a longer minimum stay requirement depending on dates.


Prices are subject to change, and should be confirmed with the owner.

Tariff includes all linen, MOR toiletries, provisions for a continental breakfast along with a selection beer and a bottle of Barossa wine.


Terms of Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

We are not able to "hold" dates for anyone without a deposit.

Arrival and Departure Times

The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and needs to be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day unless other arrangements are made.


Other Info

A mid-stay refresh service is provided for stays of 6 nights or more.

No Pets allowed.

No-smoking inside the building. If evidence of smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged to the cardholder.

Use of the second bedroom, during a one bedroom booking will attract the two bedroom rate.

We have a “Leave it as you find it” and “No Party Policy” with the cottage.

Our cottage is an exclusive occupancy property.


Cancellation and Damage Policy

Unfortunately cancellations often result in an empty cottage due to booking lead times.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date are entitled to a full refund less $30 administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid, unless we are able to re-book the cottage for the same amount.

We understand that accidents happen, but any wilful or reckless damage or loss of property will be charged to the cardholder.
