Sales Agent Mark McGill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from over a decade working as an architect in the property development industry. As a professionally qualified architect, Mark has an in-depth knowledge of building design, and has the ability to identify and highlight the unique aspects of each property, as well as future potential. He was the 2014 REIQ Salesperson of the Year, the highest recognition for a real estate agent in Queensland, and a finalist again for 2015 and 2016. He also won an award at the 2013 Australian Real Estate Awards, designed to recognise the individual within the Australian real estate market that best represents the future of industry.

A resident of the Sunshine Coast for over a decade, Mark has designed many commercial and residential properties and has a real understanding of the lifestyle, trends and values that make living on the Sunshine Coast so desirable. He also has a well grounded working knowledge of local planning schemes and strong connections with local consultants.

As a registered architect, his attention to detail is acute and complements his perfectionist attitude in all business dealings. Mark was as an executive committee member within the Urban Development Institute of Australia, (UDIA) and is a past executive committee of the Maroochy Chamber of Commerce, as part of our office commitment to strong representation for peak industry groups. Mark is also an Associate Member of the REIQ.

Well respected in the Real Estate industry, Mark is making such an impact that he has been asked as one of a select few Queensland based agents to appear on the national audio program, "Real Estate Hot Topics". He is also regularly asked to speak around the country at training seminars for the Real Estate Academy.
