Maker & Monger is a Chariot of Cheese inside Prahran Market's fruit & vegetable hall offering traditional Swiss raclette served with local shiitake mushrooms, seasonal grilled cheese sandwiches, Australia's first Flamed Reuben sandwich using Robbin's Island wagyu brisket pastrami, Market Lane filtered coffee & sparkling apple juice.

In 2017, we will be launching a cheese cellar never before experienced in Australia offering the best selection of farmhouse and artisan cheeses from Australia and abroad, perfectly ripened in our onsite maturation cellars.
