Enjoy the beautiful coastal weather with a BBQ out the back, or simply relax and enjoy sitting in the recliner in the Sunroom/Entrance reading a good book. The yard is fully fenced and secure making it an ideal safe place for the kids to play, with plenty of room for your four legged family member to roam as well.

Whether you are here for that well deserved holiday away, or need to be close to the medical facilities that Mackay has to offer, perhaps awaiting the arrival of your precious little bundle. Our house is your ideal Home Away from Home.

The house has been newly refurbished and is fully self contained.

There is a new BBQ and six seater setting out the back to enjoy those beautiful balmy nights.

The kitchen is spacious and fully functioning with all the cooking equipment you need to self cater for your self, including fridge and microwave.
In the Laundry you will find a Top loading washing machine, Dryer and Clothes Air drier and iron.
There are two bathrooms, both have a toilet and vanity, one has a shower and the other has a bath and baby bath in it, making it a lot easier at bath time for the little ones. The Dining room seats six and there is a high chair for your convenience for the little ones. The Living/Dining area has a reverse cycle Air-conditioner making it comfortable in all seasons. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in the living area with a comfortable couch with plenty of room for everyone to relax on.
You will find an array of books for all ages on the bookshelf in the entrance, with a nice big comfy leather recliner to kick back in and enjoy a good read.

The Master Bedroom is extra roomy with queen size bed and Reverse cycle Air-conditioner.
The Second bedroom contains a Double bed + single bunk and a Reverse cycle Air-conditioner. For those who require a space for a laptop or place to do some work while they are away, you will find a computer desk and chair in the study. There is also a single sofa bed located in the study, bringing the capacity to accommodate up to six people.
A porta cot is also available.

Less than 5 minutes walk down the street to the beach, parks and playground. Bike and walking trails connect town beach to River walk, Goose Ponds and North Mackay parks and gardens. For those wanting to dine out and catch a show, its only a 6 minute drive to the CBD that is home to the cities entertainment and restaurant hub. Cool off with a great day out with the kids at Blue Water Lagoon with its great water park and pools. Sporting clubs are close by with Harrup Park providing courtesy buses that will pick you up and drop off at your front door. Convenience store, bottle shop and Take away food all only a couple of minutes away. Both the Matar and Mackay Base Hospitals are only 10 minutes drive. For people relying on public transport, the bus stop is less than 50mt from the front doorstep.
