Mackay Baby Massage 2.06

I am Felicity Mackintosh, a mother of four grandmother of three, wife of John. I am a Registered Nurse and an English trained midwife.
My qualifications are as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and a Paediatric massage Consultant through the Infant massage Information Service.
My role is to demonstrate all massage strokes on a demonstration doll allowing you, the parent to gain experience and confidence in-completing an effective and beneficial massage with your baby.

Knowing how to massage your baby has benefits to you and your baby:
It helps you feel confident with touching and handling your baby.
It helps to enhance the bond between you.
It helps to relax your baby, which will in turn relax you as well.
It can provide relief from colic, wind and constipation in your baby, and helps to avoid post-natal depression in mum.
The classes are also great if you want to meet and get support from other mothers.
The classes will be held from 09:30 on Wednesdays and Fridays.
