About us:

We have been producing authentic Turkish Peshtemals since 1986 and have come a long way since our beginnings in the historic village of Buldan, Denizli.

Our products are recognised for it’s authenticity, and continued excellence.

Our Artisans work from their ancestral home studios located high up in the hills of the following historical villages:-

- Buldan
- Kadikoy
- Babadag

The history of weaving in these 3 villages is almost as ancient as the history of the province.

Artisan produced cloth from Buldan was highly regarded during the Ottoman era and was popular with nobility.

All of our Peshtemals are made using premium Turkish Cotton (we use 100% ORGANIC Cotton, Linen and Bamboo) which distinguishes itself with its extra long fibres. Turkish Cotton is grown in the Aegean region of Turkey and results in a stronger and smoother cotton thread. Using cotton with longer fibres in spinning yarn produces a high quality end product with fewer joins and fewer joins results in stronger and smoother Cotton threads.

80% of our products are prepared using traditional hand looms - a method dating back many generations. This method is used to produce our luxurious hand-woven Peshtemals and produces an exceptionally soft, superior quality and super absorbent cloth.
