LMM Active is a specialised business offering group exercise, nutritional encouragement and wellness for Women and their families. We welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to bring your babies and young children to our group fitness sessions or kids classes to help develop their love and passion for all things active. We believe that the enjoyment of Physical activity is vital to a healthy and happy lifestyle, starting from the younger years and continuing throughout life. Our hope and dream is to instil, encourage and support this desire for movement in Women and their children in the early years of their development, giving them the tools to build fitness for life. Our main aim is to Women and their families to have fun with fitness whilst incorporating it into everyday life situations!
