This means taking photos of products, for clients to use that will help sell items.

*Exchange of products for services.
we keep any item that we photograph as an exchange, where no money is given for service.
Our services in which are exchanged for items are as follows-
Booking and administration,
The use of selected models,
A professional photo shoot of each item
Photographs of these items sent via email or on a disk via post
Time allocated to doing all of the above

Process-
Once the booking form has been received I will confirm the information and that the selected models are available.
Items can then be sent to us.
A time, date and locations for your shoot will then be organised with the selected models, Once the items have arrived.
Should all go to plan the shoot will take place and the photos edited. This can take up to two weeks depending on availability.
The photos will either be emailed or posted on a disk.
Should no re-shoot be required, this will mean completion of the booking.
If a re-shoot is needed for any reason, please allow another 7-14 days. Another model may be used, if the selected model is not available to complete a re-shoot.
The items will then become our property of LJ photography to do as we wish with. And will be kept by us, given away or sold to the models at a reduced price via LJ photography.
Credit will always be given to the business for these items.

*Payment for services.
We can organise a fee if you require your items back after the shoot.
The cost will be determined once a booking form is completed.
A quote is sent and the business making the booking may then decide if he/she would like to go ahead.

Payment must be made before the shoot will take place and can be paid via-
Paypal, Bank deposit, Cash, cheque or Money order.

In this case the process is as follows:
Once payment is received, the items should be sent to us with a return bag- already paid for and addressed by the business.
Once the shoot is completed and the photos are given. We will then send all items back to the business using the return bag.
All postage costs are the responsibility of the business making the booking unless otherwise specified.

*Terms and conditions

Items Should be shipped within 6 weeks of making the booking unless a longer time with reason is specified.

Once a booking is confirmed, things within this booking may be changed however ideally, confirmed bookings should not be cancelled.
More then three cancellations may result in future bookings being declined. (Unless it is the fault of LJ photography or the selected models)
A lot goes on behind the scenes once a booking is confirmed and it can be rather disappointing and time consuming for bookings to be cancelled. I am pretty understanding when things happen, but within reason.

Please let us know once items have been shipped as this will help for a speedy turn around time and will also mean myself or helper can look out for packages.

Shoots should be completed and photos returned within a 14 day period, from the time we have received the items. Unless discussed earlier. However if we take longer then this businesses may be eligible to receive the same or another booking completely Free!.

Photographs that are given can be used in all lawful purposes. They are high resolution images and are ideal for printing materials and on line advertising.
All models have signed model release forms, stating that photographs can be used by the booking business. These forms are available at any time upon request by the booker.

Should a model decline or be unavailable for a booking, the booker may cancel or select another model to take their place.

Images can be viewed on-line within the LJ photography page. A re-shoot may only be requested once seeing these photos and before they are emailed or given.
Once Photographs are given to the booking business, the booking is then final and no further changes can be made

LJ photography and the LJ model used to model items, reserves all rights to images and may use them in all lawful purposes as they see fit. They will not give the photographs to any other business selling or supplying the same items modelled.

The items within a photograph belong only to the booking business and any other business should make their own booking with us, supplying their own products. Even if the items are identical to that of another booking.

We will NOT tolerate abuse, threats or negative comments from any business. A report will be taken and may be used against them if necessary, where necessary.
We may also remove, block and or decline any member or business without warning!

If an issue arises where a business or member is unhappy with our services we ask that this be dealt with confidentially, throughout email or over the phone.

Advertising on the LJ photography Facebook page from any business is NOT ALLOWED and may result in the business or member being banned. If you would like to receive shout outs and or special mentions please see our rewards section in the menu of this site.

All bookings are to go through me only. The LJ models may not be booked privately to model any free items, through the LJ photography facebook page or website. Please do not make direct contact with any model to do so. If at any time you would like to use one of our models, to be photographed by another photographer please discuss this me first.

The LJ Models may not beg or ask for bookings from any business. If this happens please bring it to my attention right away.

The business and its owners/members agree that these terms and conditions here are final. Though they may change at any time by me and when such changes happen, a notice should be given.

Twice a year we release a copy of our LJ models Magazine.

The LJ models Magazine began as a fun way to show off our models, the small businesses and also the many whams that use our services.
We do this without the extreme costs that other major businesses require.

Its more of a who's, who on facebook.. A directory of such.
With our models bringing the entire mag to life. Readers can look through it to find businesses, admire the photographs, pick models for their products, do a little "window shopping", read the articles and so much more!

What will you find inside the magazine?

While flipping through the magazine you will find Photographs of our models in action, A model directory, advertisements from other small businesses and whams mostly associated with facebook. DIY segments including recipes and projects.
We may also include some exciting things that LJ photography is planning in the future.

Where do the mags go?

Our magazine is distributed to our models, families and friends, the businesses who use our services at LJ photography and our fans.
Occasionally we may outreach and supply magazines to other local places we think might benefit from what we offer.
