25 Best Street (also known as Linley Cove) is a very special place. We are oh-so close to the city, yet we enjoy all the trappings of a holiday hideaway.

Nestled between swathes of natural bushland and residing next to beautiful Burns Bay, many of us here live in absolute tranquility; devoid of all traffic noise with only the call of the native birds to break the peace.

We are also lucky to have two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool with spa and sauna and a much loved tennis court; along with a great community spirit and respect for one another.
