Linked Together Health 3.01

My name is Linc Barnes, i have been a Ballarat resident for almost 10 years and during that time i have developed a passion for educating individuals about the benefits of regular physical activity. This passion has guided me through a journey of obtaining different qualifications allowing me to do so, they are:
-Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness from the Australian Fitness Academy
-Bachelors Degree in Education (Physical/Health & Outdoor Education) from Federation University
-Graduate Diploma in Outdoor & Environmental Studies from Federation University

I created Linked Together Health, Fitness and Personal Training because i truly believe that every single person has an opportunity to enhance their lifestyle through the means of Physical Activity and doing it together as a whole community will be so much more empowering that doing it by yourself! I want to create a positive "Link" between all Ballarat residents to share each others journey toward a more fulfilling life for yourself, your family, your friends and the future generations!
