Located on the first floor of Electra House Hotel, Level One is an award winning modern Asian restaurant with an informed yet informal dining style. The focus is on sharing a selection of plates with your friends – either by picking at a few bits while you enjoy a bottle of wine from our carefully selected wine list, or by feasting on our favourite dishes when you dine ‘Omakase’ style!

With many years’ experience in Modern Australian, Italian and Japanese cuisine, Executive Chef Jamie Kang uses these skilled techniques paired with flavours from his Korean heritage to create a truly unique dining experience.

Level One is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm and for lunch on Fridays. Available for private hire seven days a week.
