Open in June 2014, Le Souk is two successful café businesses owned by Azou Bouilouta and Julia Melvin.
Le Souk is building a new food brand that offers couscous (and other dishes of Algeria), coffee, fresh mint tea and we also create and retail an impressive range of house-made spice blends and condiments.
We have considerable experience in delivering a high standard of customer service, providing traditional North African hospitality.
We have recently opened another Le Souk, a family friendly dining establishment in the Adelaide CBD, 99 Gawler Pl. Customers can meet, sit back, relax and enjoy a greatly enhanced lunch and dinner menu.
Our original and popular stall at Adelaide Central Market, has become a 'must eat' destination for local and international visitors.
