Ladro is famous for making great authentic pizza in the wood-fire oven, using the finest ingredients from artisan producers and the best Italy has to offer. But the rest of Ladro's menu focuses on modern Italian dishes, sometimes with a local twist. Being a sustainable restaurant means Ladro recycles 100% of organic waste in compost, keep hives on their roof to make honey, make some of their own wines and reduce bottles with eco-keg mineral water, beer + vino.
