Welcome to our kitchen! A love of pizza and an undeniable passion for his customers have culminated in Paul offering LaTaste to Toowoomba. One bite from anything on this menu and you will know you are sampling the freshest local ingredients available combined with years of mastery in pizzas and pastas.

From the age of 13 Paul has been perfecting the art of pizzas, a calling inspired by his Uncle who ran a family pizzeria. At 18 he brought his first food business but has always remained true to his pizza roots. For 8 years Paul worked building the La Porchetta brand, eventually bringing it to Toowoomba in 2004 where it was the number one store by its second year, out of 108 stores. For the last 5 years Paul has owned La Frescos in Highfields which was renowned for is quality service and food.
