Knead Relief Massage Newcastle is currently own and run by Jamie (Jay) Russell.
Jay completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the end of 2013 through Tighes Hill Tafe in Newcastle NSW.

Massage has always been a passion of Jay's. From an early age she has worked hard towards the goal of owning her own massage business.
Jay is a very hands on person. She has a special touch and this shows through her massage abilities. For Jay, owning her own business and being able to provide pain relief and relaxation to her clients is a dream come true.
