About Us:
Kaltec Services Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated business based in Townsville, Queensland. We are a Mechanical/Electrical/Communication Services company specialising in commercial and industrial asset management. We are registered with the QBCC as a licensed low-rise builder allowing us to undertake larger scale projects in-house without the customer having to engage a separate builder.


Our History:
Kaltec Services Pty Ltd was founded in July of 2015 and is the product of two locally owned and operated small businesses (one Electrical & Communications; the other HVAC-R) with a long-running history operating closely together on many projects. The decision was made to partner the two businesses to increase available areas of service for both customer bases, minimise running costs, improve staff flexibility & capability and to maximize services & solutions available to present and future customers. Kaltec Services Pty Ltd has since expanded its capabilities by employing a third trade group and taking on experienced carpentry staff and is a licensed builder able to undertake projects as Principle Contractor.

Our goal is to provide the best long-term solutions to meet our customers’ needs. We do this by collecting & analysing data and using this to address fundamental issues that are often overlooked, to accurately provide the best possible solutions whether they be repairs, refurbishments or new works.
