JitterBlast is a new dance fitness program designed by world Lindy Hop champion and fitness trainer Nick Williams from USA. Classes incorporate energetic moves from Lindy Hop, Charleston and Jazz. Classes are based on plyometric movement, core building and interval training principles that aim to increase cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength…and all to the classic swing music that you love. There is no partner required and classes are aimed at all fitness levels. JitterBlast classes are run by local certified JitterBlast instructors.

Jitterblast requires no partner and is designed for the complete beginner to advanced dancer, and for people of all fitness levels
