My Training Principles:
- Creating challenging workouts that aim to test limits using interval type training, helping to eliminate that boredom factor often associated with exercise.
- I always make sure my workout sessions are stimulating and achievable and are something that I would actually want to complete myself.
- Workouts need to constantly push you to your limits.
- Confidence and having the belief that you can achieve a better result is realised during training. My enthusiasm and encouraging manner will help develop your belief that you can achieve a goal
