ISOHEALTH is an Adelaide BJJ, MMA & Self Defence facility located just minutes from the Adelaide CBD. We are 2 x Team Cup Champion Team in the South Australia BJJ State Championships. ISOHEALTH has also produced Gold Medal winners at White, Blue & Purple Belt in State, National and International IBJJF Competition & NAGA World Champions. We have also produced 2 x Fight of the Night Winners and 1 x Submission of the Night Winner in Adelaide MMA events
