Established in 1989, IRM is a leading Australian provider of training services to industry and government. We specialise in business analysis training both for those new to the field and for those who have learnt on-the-job and now want to formalise their skills.

Courses for business analysts are endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and are compliant with Version 2 of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®). The tools and techniques taught in the courses are applicable to both waterfall and agile projects - from mainframe based core systems to web-centric applications.

Our courses include both ‘HARD’ skills (process and data analysis, modelling and design) and 'soft' skills (communications, interviewing, presentation, problem analysis, creative thinking). Both sets of skills are essential for successful business outcomes. Each course is based around a fully-worked case study and delegates work individually and in teams to solve problems and to develop solutions.

We offer a regular schedule of public training and all courses are available on an in-house basis, anywhere in Australia and the Asia/Pacific region. In-house courses can be tailored to suit your organisation’s culture and methodology.
