My passion is to provide a whole person, approach that addresses structure, nutrition, emotions and mindset using proven, simple and effective strategies.
Of particular interest to me are, Sustainable Successful Weight-loss; Women's health and Vibrant living through midlife and beyond; and healthy, graceful vibrant ageing.

I know that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself and create vibrant wellbeing when given the correct conditions and all interference is removed.This interference may be structural, nutritional or come in the form of unresolved emotions and subconscious belief systems.

Just like a plant needs the correct balance of soil, nutrients, water and light to flourish so to do we humans. When our body , mind and spirit is balanced and nourished we to can" Flourish" and experience wellbeing.

Integrated Wellness therapies provides care for all age groups from babies to the elderly.
Since being in practice I have been able to help, support and empower thousands of people to live healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives.
