Offering classes in THAI BOXING/MUAY THAI, BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (both GI & NO GI), BOXING, KICKBOXING, MMA & FMA (FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS aka KALI SILAT) .Train for FITNESS, FUN or COMPETITION there are NO EGOS at INRG and all are WELCOME!

We are under both the THAI BOXING ASSOCIATION (www.thaiboxing.com) and the WORLD MUAY THAI COUNCIL (WMC). For BJJ we are part of the myBJJ International Association (www.mybjj.com.au) under Professor Mario Sergio Yokoyama (JUDO & BJJ BLACK BELT under the late Professor Ryan Gracie).

Open from 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday and 9-10am on Saturdays. We cater to all levels from beginners to experienced fighters, male & female.
