InHand Occupational Therapy provides assessment and rehabilitation of hand, wrist and elbow injuries and conditions.

We aim to promote healing, regain movement, flexibility, sensation, strength, endurance and overall function following surgical procedures , work place accidents, cumulative trauma/ repetitive strain, sports related injuries, congenital conditions, motor vehicle accidents, and also conditions associated with the aging process.

Our team of Occupational Therapists have extra training in the area of hand and upper limb therapy and maintain a strong commitment to ongoing education and training. Splinting, exercise, stretch and strengthening regimens are devised as home programs which are monitored and upgraded regularly ensuring patient management from injury to return to work.

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and work in close consultation with Plastic and Orthopaedic Surgeons, GP’s, Allied Health Professionals and Insurers to help every patient achieve a full recovery and maximum function. This team approach ensures that patients referred to InHand Occupational Therapy receive the highest possible care.
