Indigo Gentle Beginnings provides women in Wangaratta, Beechworth, Alpine area, Mansfield and surrounds the opportunity to have a beautiful, empowering, and gentle birth through teaching deep relaxation techniques, that allow you to release fear and remain calm and focused during your labour and birth, letting your body work just as nature intended it to.
The birth of a baby is perhaps the most significant events in a woman's life, it is possible to make it a joyous, ecstatic experience, one that a woman and her partner will remember forever.
