Impact Designer Homes was incorporated in 2002. Owners Frank Veri and Andrew Lombardo are proudly affiliated and members of the Master Builders and Housing Industry Associations and have over 18 years’ experience between them. Over the years they have established an understanding of the individual needs and requirements of the most discerning clientele.

Frank and Andrew personally oversee the day to day business operations monitoring quality control and project lead times in order to maintain recognition as leaders in the Australian residential building market.
