Hi, i'm Rachel & my passion is to help you, help yourself. To ignYte an awareness of personal power and to take ownership of your own life. I am a Certified Personal Trainer that takes a holistic (all encompassing) view to health and fitness. I am here to train you, motivate you, help you lose weight, increase your fitness levels, improve mood, boost your energy levels, tone your body & make YOU Stronger and Healthier then ever before!

I will not tell you what to do, but will instead work together with you, treating you like a friend, educating and empowering you by offering the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals.

I offer sessions for one to five people and for all fitness levels. (Child Friendly). Your first session includes a Health and Fitness Assessment, Nutrition Advice and Goal Setting. All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length and are held at my child friendly studio.
