All packages include - Initial goal assessment, postural assessment and workout plan. Goal assessments and new workout plan every 4 weeks.
2P - Team up with your lover, BFF or stranger you met on the bus and run through a full body workout for 8 weeks.
Party Mode - Get 3 friends, a playlist full of bangers and smash out an intense circuit session for 8 weeks.
