The Heartwell Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation, providing specialised physical activities and education for children living with illness, disability, or disadvantage.
We offer access and opportunity; supplying rehabilitation and educational services that aim to create a more level playing field for Australian kids.

We are non disability specific! We cater for people with wide ranging and diverse needs. Our programs ultimately lead to better quality of life for our children and their families; and help kids to climb mountains they never dreamed possible.
