Healthy Choice Provisions 2.28

As a former Chef, I have always loved food and creating colourful and flavoursome dishes for customers, friends and family. After finding out I was Coeliac, my creative passion for food was reignited when I came across raw food (un)cooking and so my journey into healthy food choices began.
I have since found a whole new world and believe that getting back to as close to what nature intended as possible is the way forward for our health and wellbeing.
Everybody is different in how their bodies deal with food and I look forward to sharing information in workshops and the products I make to help people learn what works best for them.
