Harris Studios photography comes from a family rich with Photographers, artists of many genres & musicians. She was without doubt going to follow suit in her chosen career when starting with the family photography business at the age of 15, that was 20 years ago and since then the refining of craft from film to digital cameras and workflows.

Jodie's work has been described as honest, dreamy, intimate, natural, storytelling and moving. Jodie's personal style is laid back and easygoing but highly focused and organised with a natural way of putting people at ease.

The boutique studio is located in the quaint township of Ganmain that boasts a wonderful location to accomadate Jodie's photography style.
The Ganmain Providore building that is home to Harris Studios was opened on Dec 3rd 2011 to expand the business to a larger indoor studio location for newborn portraits, larger office spaces plus a collaboration with fellow local Stephanie Plane to incorporate a Coffee House and Event & Art space.

Jodie is a member of the AIPP - Australian Institute of professional Photography and multi award Silver winner nationally and internationally. Voted by her peers as one of Australias top 10 Wedding photographers in 2009 by Capture magazine. Her first award was in 2002 as the NSW PMA Young Achiever of the year in the photographic Industry.

Jodie is an avid collector of vintage cameras but has long lost the race for the best collection to fellow family members and is extremely jealous...
