Harmony Garlic is situated on a picturesque ridge near Gordon, Victoria, a short distance from Daylesford.

Helen and Brian produce the garlic as naturally as possible, it is planted and harvested by hand and grown without any pesticides and only organic based fertilisers.

A number of garlic varieties are grown and sold as fresh bulbs and also preserved in a range of styles including pickled, crushed and infused in olive oil.

The preserved range includes both pure garlic products and others infused with herbs, aromatics and delicious ingredient combinations such as chili & ginger.

Our passion for fine foods and our garlic products is something we’d like to share with you!

We are now BACK AT THE MARKETS with new season Green Garlic and our preserved garlic range.

We also have a limited amount of preserved garlic product available in local stores and online at www.harmonygarlic.com.au.
