When booking an appointment with Hair Addicts, you are required to pay a $50 non-refundable pre-payment to secure your position.

We understand the difficulty involved in attending appointments occasionally, however it is essential for us to uphold the interest of our locally owned boutique studio and clientele.

Re-offending clients that cancel last minute or that are late (resulting in rescheduling)
may require to pay for future appointments.

To avoid losing your pre-payment, when cancelling we require clients to notify us within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If cancellations are made after 5pm the day prior, or on the day of your scheduled appointment, your pre-payment will be forfeited and classed as a cancellation 'fee'.

Please note there is no one attending calls/emails after hours, hence contact must be made before the end of the working day; late notice is seen as an on the day cancellation.

This may include rebooking as we may not be able to fill that appointment on such short notice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, we may not be able to perform your complete service or may need to rebook as it can effect other client bookings.

We do our best to accommodate last minute changes, however if we are fully booked with clients we unfortunately wont be able to go ahead with a booking.

If you are a no-show you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit for your next scheduled appointment.

Please respect our time as we can be booked back to back all day with other clients.

Allow 2-3 hours for your booked appointment.

We do not offer refunds on hair services but if you are unhappy with your hair we will rectify your issues (within 7 days). Its not an uncomfortable experience, we want our clients to be happy and love their hair!
If you decide to change your mind this is not classed as a 're-do'

If a new or existing client is rude or disrespectful to staff or a client, we have the right to refuse service and ask clients to leave the studio.

We do not refund retail products unless they are unopened.

Please note that OLAPLEX is an add-on service, our prices are a guide and can change without notice. This includes online invoices. We quote and consult before any hair service.
