The Grab Cartel was formerly just another truck running around the Brisbane scene selling South American street food, but when a couple of Canberra chefs saw it was for sale, we grabbed it and had it moved down. Ever since, our crew has run around hitting parties and events all over town with a variety of cuisines; from the simple burgers and toasties to our Southern BBQ and so much more. Between locally smoking our own meats and cultivating our own chillies, The Grub Cartel have developed a menu of classic, sought after Louisiana Street Foods- with our own unique twist.

As a team of highly qualified and diversely trained chefs, we can fit a menu to any occasion- so whatever you're after, we will accommodate. Where we really shine though, is the food of the South. From Cali to Cuba, Texas grilling, the chillies of the Southwest, and most of all the flavours of Louisiana, we love and do it all.
